NAIEC was founded in Clovis, California in 2001. Also, it has various branches in Iraqi states. NAIEC specializes in development & consulting, project management, as well as design & construction. We oversee various infrastructure projects such as highways & local roads, bridges, underground utilities, etc. NAIEC works in the United States market and overseas in countries such as Iraq, Lebanon, and Kuwait. NAIEC is specialized in design and construction of: Asphalt Concrete (AC), precast/prestressed concrete, timber for public works projects, residential, commercial, industrial and land development. History

NAIEC was Incorporated in 2006 by Mr. Abdul Baker, who is a licensed registered professional civil engineer (CA PE). He and NAIEC staff have experience working for the most important California state and federal agencies such as the Department of Transportation (CalTrans), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and Fresno County. He gained more than 35 years of experience in the field of the construction & project management of various infrastructure projects. In addition, NAIEC has recruited a group of engineers with different backgrounds to achieve the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness in our relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors, professional associates, and most importantly clients. NAIEC uses the latest computer programs for design and project management such as Civil 3D, Autodesk BIM 360, Primavera, SPSS, Abaqus, GeoStudio, and Microsoft Office.
